3 September 2025 — The 32nd IMT-GT Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM) successfully convened in Trang, Thailand, with delegates from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, joined by representatives from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the ASEAN Secretariat.
Senior Officials reviewed progress under the IMT-GT Implementation Blueprint 2022–2026, discussed reports from Working Groups, and engaged with external partners on key areas, including trade, connectivity, human resource development, and sustainability.
The Meeting further ensured alignment of IMT-GT priorities with ASEAN and ADB, setting the stage for the forthcoming 31st IMT-GT Ministerial Meeting (MM).
