13 October 2026, Bangkok, Thailand — #CIMTConnects: On the sidelines of the 2026 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank Group, the Director of the Centre for IMT-GT Subregional Cooperation (CIMT), Mr. Amri Bukhairi Bakhtiar held a courtesy meeting with Mr. Nakhafi Hassan, Alternate Executive Director of EDS16, World Bank Group.
The meeting explored potential collaboration between IMT-GT and the World Bank Group, particularly in supporting the implementation of subregional projects and programmes.
The engagement reaffirmed CIMT’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with development partners to advance IMT-GT priorities and promote sustainable and inclusive growth across the subregion.
