The 14th IMT-GT Working Group Meeting on Trade and Investment Facilitation was convened virtually on Thursday, 24 June 2021. The meeting was chaired by Standing Chairman of IMT-GT WG on Trade and Investment Facilitation, Mr Syed Mohd Faizal Syed Mohd Dardin (Director of Investment Policy & Trade Facilitation Division, Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia). The meeting also attend by Head of Delegation Indonesia, Mr. Antonius Yudi Triantoro (Director of ASEAN Negotiations, Directorate General International Trade Negotiation, Ministry of Trade, Indonesia), Head of Delegation Thailand, Ms.Monta Pantong (Director of Trade and Investment Cooperation Division, Ministry of Commerce Thailand), Sub-Working Group on ITITD Standing Chairman of Sub-Working Group on ITITD, Ms. Siti Haslinda Mohd Din (Director of International Trade Statistics Division, Department of Statistics, Malaysia), Sub-Working Group on CIQ, Standing Chairman of Sub-Working Group on CIQ, Mr. Masrul Amri Kamarudin (Senior Assistant Director of Customs, Royal Malaysian Customs Department), Director of CIMT, Mr. Firdaus Dahlan, and Mr Gary Krishnan (Country Specialist, Regional Cooperation and Operations Coordination Division, Southeast Asia Department, Asian Development Bank). This meeting is to to update on the outcome of 13th IMT-GT WGTI Meeting 2020, 14th SPM Meeting on 30 April 2021 and The progress and development of the IMT-GT Projects (with projects profile) under IB2017-2021, Proposed 27th IMT-GT Ministerial Joint Statement, Update the WG contact and calendar activities for 2021-2022.
