  • COVID-19 and public health protocols for vaccinated travelers:
    • Present proof of vaccination upon arrival. Travelers must receive the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before departure.
    • International travelers must download and use PeduliLindungi app before departure.
    • International travelers with a symptom of COVID-19 or body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius must undergo RT-PCR examination upon arrival. Quarantine is required for those who test positive.
  • Additional COVID-19 and public health protocols for partially vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers:
    • Show negative test results from a PCR test at least 72 hours before arrival.
    • Quarantine period of 5 days.
    • Unvaccinated travelers with special medical conditions must provide a doctor’s certificate explaining the reason why they cannot get vaccinated.

  • Proof of vaccination is no longer required. Travelers are not required to show ATK or RT-PCR test results.
  • All travelers entering Malaysia will undergo temperature screening checks.
  • Travelers who have been to China within the last 14 days of their arrival will need to undergo the ATK test.

  • Only travelers coming from or going to countries which require a RT-PCR test need to have health insurance covering treatment of COVID-19 in Thailand.
